The back side of the Hoover Dam, the most famous dam in the US. Because of a ten year drought in the south west, the level of Lake Mead has gone down more than 50 feet (17m). Currently the lake is at approximately 50 percent of it's capacity. A big danger for cities like Las Vegas that rely on its water. Due to climate change this level could drop even more. 7 States in the US and two in Mexico rely on the water of the Colorado River.
